Job summary

Coborn’s is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations, drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, and manage pharmacy staff and financial results.

You will serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge at the site, ensuring compliance with State Board of Pharmacy rules while Coborn’s emphasizes employee ownership, growth, and benefits. The role combines leadership with strategic execution in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy B.S. and/or PharmD degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacist license in the state of employment.
• Pharmacist-in-Charge responsibilities as defined by state regulations.
