Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to oversee the Pharmacy department operations, ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, and manage employees on assigned shifts, including regular, floating, and casual staff.

This role emphasizes adherence to all Federal, State, and Local laws governing retail pharmacy and close collaboration with store leadership and district management to implement company initiatives that support strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's or PharmD degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Pharmacy department operations, customer satisfaction and loyalty, and employee management during assigned shifts including regular, floating and casual staff.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local laws governing retail pharmacy while coordinating with Pharmacy, Store, and Pharmacy District Managers to support strategic goals.

Education
