Cumberland Farms is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee capital and expense projects, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate cross-functional teams from design through completion at multiple sites. You will liaise with General Contractors, engineers, architects, and authorities having jurisdiction to ensure compliance with scope and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management.
• Bachelor’s degree Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Professional Engineer or Project Management designation advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and interpret drawings for accuracy and conformance.
• Expedite permits and track releases for all projects.
• Coordinate utility requirements and related paperwork.
• Ensure schedules, quality, and costs stay within budgets.
• Supervise GC work and manage change orders as projects progress.
