Cumberland Farms is seeking a senior Facilities Specialist to stabilize store performance after refreshes, remodels, and major equipment installs across multiple states. You will coordinate vendors, field technicians, construction partners, and internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• Minimum Experience: 5–10+ years in facilities maintenance coordination or vendor management.
• Preferred Experience: Multi-site retail or high-volume environments; HVAC, refrigeration, and foodservice knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced facilities support for stores during the first 60–90 days after refresh or major equipment installation.
• Coordinate post-construction stabilization with multi-trade vendors and internal teams.
• Escalate chronic equipment failures and drive long‑term corrective action.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure accurate service and billing in CMMS.
• Support uptime of foodservice programs through proactive coordination.
