Job summary

Cumberland Farms in Westborough, MA seeks a Construction Program Manager to lead the schedule, scope, and budget of capital and expense projects. You will coordinate general contractors, architects, engineers, and authorities from permitting to completion.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering/architecture/construction management, 5+ years of construction management (7+ preferred in retail/petroleum), and relevant licensure. Travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or construction management.
• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• 7+ years in retail and/or petroleum construction management.
• Professional Engineer or related project management certification or designation.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural and engineered drawings for accuracy and conformance to standards.
• Secure and track building permits for each project.
• Coordinate utility requirements and paperwork for installation.
• Manage schedules and ensure quality and cost control.
• Supervise GCs, review change orders, and assist procurement lists.
