Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management.
• 5 years Construction Management experience.
• Preferred: 7 years Retail and/or Petroleum Construction Management.
• Licenses/Certifications: Professional Engineer, PPM or other PM designation, Construction Supervisor, Trade Licenses.
• Soft skills: communication, collaboration, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and interpret architectural/engineered drawings for accuracy.
• Expedite permits and coordinate applications with authorities.
• Coordinate utility requirements and related paperwork.
• Manage construction schedules and control costs within budgets.
• Supervise GCs and assist with take-off/equipment lists.
