Qualificações

• College degree or equivalent transferrable experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.

Responsabilidades

• Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a customer profile and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions.
• Utilize CAMP and other approved Marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for reviews.
• Primarily focused on cross-selling to existing customers and engaging in outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with Business Partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) to provide holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and contribute to revenue growth.
