Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking candidates for a Retail Personal Banker II program in Marietta, GA. Selected applicants join a 4–8 week onboarding with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service to become a Retail Personal Banker II.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, deposits and loan products, and delivering exceptional customer service. Participants must complete a certification at the program end and demonstrate skills in risk management, product knowledge, and relationship building.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience and transferable skills.
• Experience in financial services or banking is preferred.
• Strong ability to explain financial options and build trust with customers.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to identify current and future financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products.
• Cross-sell and refer to partners for holistic solutions.
