• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and propose solutions.
• Utilize CAMP and marketing tools to set appointments for financial reviews.
• Focus on cross-selling to existing customers and conduct community outreach.
• Build relationships with Business Partners to offer holistic financial solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals and contribute to revenue growth.
