Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent transferrable experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
• Demonstrated ability to understand advanced math functions for credit/financial analysis.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment via NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and needs assessment to build a customer profile and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions using our value proposition.
• Utilize approved Marketing tools to reach out and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Primarily cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with Business Partners and refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals and contribute to revenue growth.
• Provide guidance to CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly, helpful demeanor and professionalism.
