Qualifications

• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Sales-oriented with ability to acquire new customers and cross-sell to established customers.
• Understanding of advanced math functions for credit analysis.
• Professional appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at employment via NMLS and related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a thorough customer profile and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and services and recommend suitable solutions.
• Utilize CAMP and other tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Primarily focus on cross-selling to existing customers and engaging in outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with Business Partners and refer customers for holistic financial solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and revenue goals and support team performance.
