Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking candidates for the Retail Personal Banker II track in Warren, Michigan. Selected individuals will complete a 4- to 8-week onboarding with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, culminating in certification.

The role focuses on sales development and relationship building through deposits, loans, and fee-based services while delivering exceptional customer care and adhering to risk policies.

Qualifications

• College degree or relevant experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to sell financial products and cross-sell to clients.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process to assess customer financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and propose suitable solutions.
• Schedule appointments for periodic financial reviews using approved tools.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals while managing risk.
