You will use consultative selling and a Financial Needs Assessment to tailor solutions, cross-sell to customers, and collaborate with partners to deliver holistic financial strategies.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire customers.
• Understanding of advanced math for credit and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales and financial needs assessment to profile customers.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and propose solutions.
• Set appointments for periodic financial reviews using approved tools.
• Cross-sell to an existing customer base and participate in outside activities.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial teams for holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals.
