• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Reach out to customers using approved tools and set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Build relationships with Business Partners and refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Ensure customer experience goals and revenue growth targets are met.
