Fifth Third Bank in Detroit, Michigan, is recruiting for a Retail Personal Banker I through a structured 4–8 week onboarding program. The role focuses on using a consultative sales process to identify customer financial needs, build profiles, and deepen relationships with households and small businesses.

During onboarding, candidates will rotate through operations and Sales & Service, culminating in a certification to advance within the Retail Personal Banker family.

Competenze

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire customers and cross-sell.
• Understanding of advanced math for credit and financial analysis.
• Represent Fifth Third Bank professionally in appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment via NMLS.

Mansioni

• Use consultative selling to identify customer needs and profile.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Reach out to customers using CAMP and set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
