Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer households and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Ability to perform advanced math for credit and financial analysis.
• Professional representation and communication in appearance and manner.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process to build a customer profile and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with Business Partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals.
