Fifth Third Bank in Lima, OH is recruiting for a Retail Personal Banker I on-boarding program designed to prepare you for a Financial Center role. You will rotate through operations and Sales & Service, learn the consultative sales process, and work to build full customer relationships while handling teller transactions.

Candidates should have a college degree or relevant experience, be comfortable with math for credit analysis, and commit to professional conduct.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumers and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information using advanced math functions.
• Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures and sound judgment in decisions.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment time via NMLS.

Responsabilités

• Use consultative sales process and needs assessment to identify customer financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and propose suitable solutions.
• Reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial) to provide holistic solutions.
• Meet customer experience goals and contribute to revenue growth.
