Job summary

Fifth Third Bank, National Association in Duluth, GA seeks a Retail Personal Banker I as part of the GA East Region. The program includes a 4–8 week onboarding with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, culminating in a Personal Banker I role focused on consultative banking and building customer relationships.

The role emphasizes cross-selling, risk awareness, and adherence to policies, with opportunities for advancement while supporting customers through branch and tele-consulting

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Reach out to customers with CAM P and set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with business partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals.
• Provide guidance to CSRs on sales and referrals.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor.
• Protect customer confidentiality and follow policies.
