Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment (NMLS MU4R) required.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to identify and meet financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and cross-sell to customers.
• Refer customers to Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, and Investment partners as needed.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and protect customer confidentiality.
