Fifth Third Bank is launching a Retail Personal Banker I program in Jacksonville, FL. Selected candidates complete a 4-8 week onboarding with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, culminating in a certification to qualify for the Retail Personal Banker I role.

The position emphasizes consultative selling, new households, and deepening existing customer relationships. The role includes processing teller transactions, while supporting a platform staff function and maintaining ethical,

Competenze

College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
Experience in the financial industry preferred.
Ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer households.
Ability to analyze credit and financial information using advanced math.
Professional presentation and communication.
Demonstrated knowledge of Retail policies and procedures.
This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS.

Mansioni

Use the consultative sales process to build a customer profile and identify financial needs.
Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
Reach out to customers for periodic financial reviews using approved tools.
Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
Collaborate with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial) to refer customers for holistic solutions.
Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals and protect confidentiality.
