Qualifications

• College degree or work experience with transferable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information with basic math.
• Professional appearance and clear verbal/written communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and ability to use good judgment.

Responsabilités

• Use the consultative sales process to build a customer profile and identify financial needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retail products and recommend suitable solutions.
• Utilize CAMP and marketing tools to set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Business Partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Promote trust, confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Open/close Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed.
• Stay informed on procedures to mitigate fraud and risk.
