Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outbound financial reviews and outreach.
• Collaborate with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial) to offer holistic solutions.
• Open/close Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed and support client servicing.
