Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to identify customer financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and propose solutions.
• Utilize approved tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to an existing customer base and engage in outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial) for holistic solutions.
