• Demonstrated ability to develop a working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a customer profile.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with business partners to refer customers for holistic solutions.
