Qualifications

• Experience in sales to acquire new consumer households and cross-sell to customers.
• Ability to use consultative sales to identify financial needs and propose solutions.
• Strong communication and professional representation of the bank.
• Understanding of retail policies and risk awareness including SAF.E. Act (NMLS).

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and financial needs assessment to identify customer needs.
• Build customer profiles and recommend Retail products/services.
• Coordinate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment partners as needed.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outreach events and presentations.
• Assist in opening/servicing Retail products and processing teller transactions.
