Responsibilities

Use consultative sales to identify customer needs and build a profile.
Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
Partner with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment teams as needed.
Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals while protecting confidentiality.
