After a 4-8 week onboarding with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, you’ll progress to a sales-oriented role providing deposits, loans, and fee-based solutions to customers. You will learn consultative sales approaches, build customer relationships, and promote a range of banking products while maintaining excellent service and risk controls.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills or combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customer base and engage in outside sales activities.
• Refer customers to Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment partners for holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and drive revenue growth.
• Provide guidance to CSRs with respect to sales and referrals.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Answer customer questions and own issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of business information.
• Follow Code of Conduct and Ethics and related policies.
• Open/serve full range of Retail products.
• Participate in consumer loan and bankcard process from application to closing.
