Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
• Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for credit and financial analysis.
• This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at employment through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retail products and services and recommend suitable solutions.
• Utilize approved Marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Primarily cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Establish close working relationships with assigned Business Partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and support revenue growth.
• Provide guidance to CSRs regarding the sales and referral process.
• Promote customer satisfaction with professionalism and confidentiality.
