Job summary

Versace is seeking a Retail Performance Manager to drive visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement across the retail network, delivering insights, reporting, and performance frameworks to maximize store and Client Advisor productivity.

Partner with leadership, finance, merchandising, and regional teams to translate performance into priorities, actionable insights, and measurable results; lead onboarding of new leaders and share best practices across the network.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in retail performance, operations, or commercial analysis.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with KPI and forecasting experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; dashboards or BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Retail Performance & Analytics to improve efficiency, visibility, and reporting.
• Monitor KPIs (sales, productivity, conversion, ATV, UPT) and identify trends.
• Coordinate business reviews and support target-setting with leadership.
• Own weekly retail performance tracker and related communications.
