Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for retail analytics and a 360 view with action plans.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and workforce metrics to improve performance.
• Lead FTE planning sessions with HR and Country Manager to optimize productivity.
• Build and manage BI reporting tools for regions and stores.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance on bonus schemes and commissions.
• Organize and execute store projects and retail initiatives.
