Position Summary:

We are seeking a Retail Performance VIE to join our growing Retail Performance team at Bulgari. The Retail Performance VIE will be crucial as we build and create this department to meet the analytical needs of an exponentially growing business. The VIE will be experiencing first‑hand in this pivotal moment of shaping new processes and advanced reporting to drive the business forward. The VIE will provide exceptional support to our Retail Performance Director of North America by assisting in various critical analytical projects to provide business insights that support management decision making for the North America. This role will support the Retail Performance Director in daily and monthly activities, executive and market visits, as well as provide for annual budget and forecasting processes. Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, organization skills and attention to detail, with a passion for supporting retail excellence for retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly sales reporting: actuals and commercial targets
• Assist in the preparation of monthly retail performance recaps in sales and other Retail KPIs
• Assist in setting targets for stores and Client Advisors
• Analyze trends by store and Client Advisors, and track sales and incentive performance versus targets
• Support finance team in preparation for the annual budget, revisions and commercial setting.
• Support retail teams to analyze performance through both standardized and ad hoc reporting.
• Create, streamline and automate reporting for Retail Performance
• Update and streamline current reports
• Create new reports to deep‑dive in depth performance by store and CA
• Assist in creating new quadrimester business planning meetings
• Create new templates to assess performance across multiple retail KPIs
• Resource to retail network in reporting questions: answering questions and assisting in data pulling, liaison with IT Business Intelligence Manager
• Competition and network insights
• Data Collection and reporting, in partnership with Finance
• Coordination between Retail Performance with Retail Network, Merchandising, Demand Planning, High‑End team, CRM & Finance
• Other special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Must be French or citizen of the European Economic Area (EEA)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint. Coding a plus.
• Basic understanding of retail math and financial principles, budget management a plus.
• Technical and analytical background with passion for developing visualization tools
• Detail oriented with excellent problem‑solving and project management skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
