Job summary

Sherwin-Williams offers a paid 10-12 week Management & Sales Internship in Boise, Idaho. The program provides hands-on experience in retail stores, including customer service, sales support, and store operations, with rotation through management and sales roles.

Qualifications

Must have at least 1 year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
Be a rising or current Junior or Senior in college.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in more than one language (Spanish preferred).
Must be enrolled in college or university during internship.
Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and professional customer service in-store and over the phone.
Maintain product displays and assist customers to meet needs.
Develop strong product knowledge to answer inquiries and ensure inventory accuracy.
Restock shelves, support inventory management, and assist visual merchandising.
Assist with point-of-sale transactions and store operations duties.
Help unload deliveries, organize stockrooms, and maintain inventory flow.
Participate in required training and comply with store policies and loss prevention.
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns and complete tasks.
Work on a team-based project addressing a real business challenge.
