Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship.
• Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional in-store and phone assistance to customers.
• Maintain product displays and assist customers by recommending items.
• Develop a strong understanding of store merchandise to answer inquiries and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Restock shelves, support inventory management, and contribute to visual merchandising.
• Assist with point-of-sale transactions, product preparation, and store upkeep.
• Help with unloading deliveries, organizing stockrooms, and ensuring stock flow.
• Participate in required training sessions and adhere to store policies including safety and loss prevention.
• Support team members in resolving customer concerns and completing shared tasks.
• Collaborate on a team-based project addressing a real business challenge or store initiative.
