Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our retail stores and wholesale customers. You will determine needs, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction and meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities include in-person and phone assistance, processing transactions accurately, stocking shelves, and staying updated on product features. Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are a strong plus to serve diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policy.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable displays.
