The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Delivery Associate to support wholesale and retail customers by delivering paints and related products from Sherwin-Williams stores and assisting in sales. You will safely load, tint, and transport items, while answering questions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, following routes and schedules, and maintaining delivery equipment.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
Sherwin-Williams internal rating must meet expectations and HR Cloud eLearning courses completed.

Responsabilités

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies.
Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner.
Maintain the store vehicle and report repair and servicing needs.
Adhere to assigned routes and time schedules.
Operate equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
