Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support multiple Kentucky stores. In this full-time role, you will help customers select paints and coatings, answer questions, and process transactions with accuracy.

You will maintain displays, assist with deliveries, and work toward monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in paint or related products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to wholesale and retail customers.
• Determine customer needs and recommend Sherwin-Williams products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and follow store policies.
• Maintain store displays, restock shelves, and assist with deliveries when needed.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
