Job summary

Village Super Market seeks an ERO (Efficient Retail Operations) & Special Projects Manager to lead ERO, CGO, and strategic initiatives across stores. You will analyze data, develop workflow improvements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and execution of day-to-day business.

Travel approximately 80% between store and company locations, with a focus on implementing projects from planning through completion and presenting updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to independently create Excel models, charts, graphs, and reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
• Strong project management skills to drive initiatives from concept through completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage ERO, CGO, and special projects from planning through execution.
• Analyze data to identify trends and performance gaps.
• Develop and implement process improvements for business needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows and keep projects on track.
• Create project plans, timelines, and performance measures.
• Maintain calendars and incoming work processes to improve efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support budget requirements and budget-related activities.
• Prioritize projects based on business needs and objectives.
• Partner with field teams to drive execution and accountability.
• Stay updated on CGO processes and enhancements.
