Job summary

Driveline is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Retail Operations Manager to lead a team of 100+ hourly merchandising associates, covering 200+ retail locations within a specific market area.

The ideal candidate will travel to retail store locations, engage with employees and store personnel, and ensure quality project execution for merchandising initiatives such as category resets, new item cut-ins, product stocking, audits, and data/photo collection.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• High level of attention to detail and timely follow-up.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and mentor hourly staff in the market area.
• Maintain 95%+ on-time execution for all projects.
• Foster relationships with retailers and client personnel.
• Plan staffing to meet project requirements.
• Manage travel costs including driving time and mileage.
• Work as part of a regional team to drive success.
