Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking an Operations Associate at Store 618 to handle shipping/receiving, inventory tasks and merchandising to planograms, ensuring a great in-store experience. This role supports the store team in daily operations and customer service.

Qualified candidates have basic MS Office skills, can work a loud retail shift, and are available on weekends and evenings. Lifting up to 40 lbs is required; benefits and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be able to work in a loud environment for 5-8 hours.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Tasks related to inventory control
• Shipping and receiving of gear and other items
• Cycle Counting of Inventory (preparation and execution)Stocking and merchandising to a planogram
• Printing and placing of signage and price signs (POP)
• Shrink awareness and control
• Additional duties as assigned
