Constellation in the United States seeks a Manager of Retail Operations to lead a high-performing team across strategic reporting, analysis, and cross-functional coordination. You will guide projects with IT, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with Tariffs and SOX requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years of experience or 12 years without degree.
Energy industry experience is required.
Proven ability to build, develop, and retain high performing teams.
Proven written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to internal and external audiences.
Demonstrated ability to influence key business decisions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Working knowledge of LDC / ISO market transactions (EDI).

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high performing team for strategic reporting, analysis, and coordination.
Establish clear goals, metrics, and performance reviews to drive engagement.
Collaborate with IT to define requirements, test plans, and implement system/process improvements.
Drive automation and innovative workflows to improve efficiency.
Navigate tariffs, regulatory requirements, and market rules in decision making.
Ensure SOX compliance through audits and control testing.
Occasional travel and in-person trainings as needed.
