Job summary

Saint Laurent seeks an Operations Manager to report to the Store Director and lead boutique operations, inventory control, and compliance with safety and company standards. The role partners with Store Management, Regional, and Corporate teams to optimize product flow, cycle counts, and back-office processes, with SAP and Power BI knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in retail operations, including stock management and inventories.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing a team.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a strategic mindset.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; SAP and Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage product flow in and out of the boutique, including aftersales processes, packaging, supply ordering, logistics, and inventory control.
• Oversee daily shipping and receiving of product and deliveries.
• Lead and support back-of-house shipping and inventory accuracy efforts.
• Conduct monthly store audits and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support Store Director in developing the operations team and managing Opex.
