Job summary

Saint Laurent is seeking a Stock Supervisor to lead back-of-house operations and support the Sales & Management team on the salesfloor. You will manage shipping/receiving, inventory accuracy, and weekly cycle counts while coordinating with internal partners.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of luxury retail experience, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, team-focused attitude. This on-site role includes opening/closing duties and collaboration with client services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of retail experience, luxury experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with shipping programs, inventory management and audits.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel; pro-active and team centric.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds; work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-of-house stockroom operations and support Sales & Management on the floor.
• Manage shipping & receiving weekly; process internal transfers and client orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with weekly cycle counts and annual inventories.
• Coordinate with repairs, vendor partners, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
• Support sales team with coverage; coach on merchandising and selling standards.
• Maintain stockroom and salesfloor to Visual Standards; manage supply orders.
• Handle commissions, orders, and personal shopper consignments as needed.
