David's Bridal is seeking a dynamic Dream Maker to lead a high-performing team and deliver five-star guest experiences in Lafayette. You will mentor, coach, and schedule a diverse team while upholding customer-first service standards to exceed sales plans.

As part of the management team, you will monitor payroll, drive staffing, and ensure inventory accuracy and timely repairs. You will develop a strong bench and talent pipeline to meet monthly income goals and maintain an exceptional guest

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of retail management experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Manage floor staffing by assigning shifts and providing feedback for a five-star guest experience.
• Provide ongoing coaching to enhance selling skills and processes.
• Monitor payroll and hours to stay within budget.
• Drive store performance to achieve Total Monthly Income goals.
• Ensure inventory, special orders, layaway, repairs, and stock quality are maintained.
