Job summary

Trulieve Assistant General Manager position leads store operations under the General Manager, guiding service standards and daily activities. The role focuses on inventory, labor budgeting, and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Ideal candidates bring prior retail management, cash handling, and team development experience, plus strong communication and confidentiality. This role is on-site with scheduling flexibility and growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Prior management experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism with confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate in English with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and work with the general manager and other leaders to assure that any changes are communicated to employees
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team focused on service standards and accountability
• Monitor and maintain store inventory
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations while on duty
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners
• Assist the General Manager in managing labor budget
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance
• Perform other tasks assigned by management
