Job summary

Responsibilities include inventory scans, ship-to-home orders, replenishment, customer service, and collaboration with brand ambassadors. Some locations may offer full-time or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in back-of-house operations in high-volume retail.
• Strong communication with customers and staff.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around store areas.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Process freight within units per hour goals and manage tagging.
• Inspect deliveries for damages and verify packaging.
• Perform RFID inventory scans for replenishment.
• Handle ship-to-home orders and store-to-store transfers.
• Complete replenishment and stock room resets.
• Create and attach RFID tags.
• Maintain organized stockroom and assist sales floor with stock checks.
• Deliver merchandise to selling floor and support customer service.
• Greet and assist customers and process sales transactions.
• Maintain clean fitting rooms and sales floor.
• Support visual merchandising and store standards.
• Provide feedback to management on product opportunities.
• Foster positive work environment and collaboration.
• Participate in training and company initiatives.
• Support operations in front and back of house.
