Victoria’s Secret & Co. Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader who supports store readiness and reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. You will oversee shipment, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and compliance while leading by example to create a positive customer experience.

The role emphasizes coaching, development of associates, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution and growth opportunities within the business.

Qualifications

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Strong attention to detail and execution
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to coach in real time
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)

Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business
