Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store operations, ensure stock readiness, and uphold safety and merchandising standards.

This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and emphasizes customer satisfaction and efficient store execution. The position requires a values-based leader who can coach associates, manage daily tasks, and adapt to varying store sizes and business complexity.

Qualifications

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Strong attention to detail and execution
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to coach in real time
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, frequent bending and standing
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity
• Leading and demonstrating company values
• Executing the role of Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling
• Coaching & development of associates and leaders
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution
• Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
• Additional duties as assigned
