Qualifications

• 3+ years in stock, operations, or retail with supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Availability for full retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the flow of merchandise — overseeing shipment receiving, unpacking, processing, and product placement.
• Keep stockroom, storage, and shipping/receiving areas organized, efficient, and audit-ready.
• Manage inventory accuracy through counts, transfers, and RTVs, flagging discrepancies early.
• Partner with store leadership to ensure sales floor is stocked and set to brand standards.
• Back up sales team by getting product quickly and efficiently during peak times.
• Support opening and closing operations, including receiving logistics and back-of-house readiness.
• Uphold Loss Prevention and safety standards across all stockroom and operational processes.
• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor, modeling professionalism.
