Responsibilities

• Oversee merchandise coordination, including shipment receiving, unpacking, product organization, and stockroom placement.

• Collaborate with store management and sales associates to fulfill product requests promptly and efficiently.
• Train, coach, and motivate stock associates to meet standards and productivity goals.
• Monitor inventory flow and assist with stockroom audits to ensure accuracy and reduce loss.
• Interact with customers on the sales floor with professionalism and helpfulness.
• Uphold all company policies and contribute to a positive team culture.
