Favorite Daughter in Beverly Hills is seeking an Operations Supervisor to own the stockroom, lead the stock team, and ensure the sales floor stays stocked and brand-ready.

You’ll manage shipments, organize storage, and back up the sales team during peak times, with a hands-on leadership role that drives efficiency and standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in stock or retail ops, strong communication, and comfort with POS and inventory systems; hours include nights and weekends.

• Availability for full retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the flow of merchandise — overseeing shipment receiving, unpacking, processing, and product placement.
• Keep stockroom, storage, and shipping/receiving areas organized, efficient, and audit-ready.
• Manage inventory accuracy through counts, transfers, and RTVs, flagging discrepancies early.
• Partner with store leadership to ensure sales floor is stocked and set to brand standards.
• Back up sales team by getting product quickly and efficiently during peak times.
• Support opening and closing operations, including receiving logistics and back-of-house readiness.
• Uphold Loss Prevention and safety standards across all stockroom and operational processes.
• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor, modeling professionalism.

operation. We’re looking for an Operations Supervisor to own that operation — leading the stock team, keeping the back of

house humming, and making sure the sales floor always has what it needs to shine.

• Availability to work a full retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, plus early receiving shifts
